This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a commercially-focused role, managing a talented team of Finance Business Partners, with responsibility for driving forecasting and budgeting across the entire business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the Finance Business Partner team to success
  • Collaborate across departments to support growth objectives
  • Own the Group’s monthly net income sign-off, providing key analysis
  • Assist in delivering the Group Balance sheet and work with the wider finance team
  • Review finance performance across multiple entities
  • Support monthly board pack delivery
  • Oversee cost budgeting and lead budget holder meetings
  • Coordinate with Group finance on local audits
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls

Ideal Candidate:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Qualified
  • Strong experience in Management Accounts and Finance Business Partnering
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communicator, able to work under tight deadlines
