International Tax Manager (FTSE Listed)HertfordshireCirca £85,000 + £7,000 Car Allowance + Bonus + Healthcare + BenefitsThis is a newly created role working for a market leading FTSE listed business who are enjoying a period of significant growth both at home in the UK and Internationally. As such they are seeking to appoint an International Tax Manager to enhance the level of expertise within the team and lead the international tax agenda across an array of exciting expansion projects, M&A activity, new routes to market, transfer pricing and integration of acquired businesses. This is a high-profile role playing a pivotal role in International Growth directly impacting success of the business during an exciting period of significant growth and opportunity. We are looking to speak with those who are either a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA) or a qualified tax professional (CTA / ATT), with significant International Tax experience gained as part of your current remit. You will already have In-House experience or be seeking a move outside of practice. You must be a confident communicator with the ability to influence across all levels and be comfortable leading all overseas filings and obligations.More detail:* Lead in overseas tax filings ensuring all filing obligations (across all taxes) are met.* Provide M&A support during due diligence including providing advice on post deal integration * Provide effective tax structuring and planning support* Lead in establishing tax processes for new overseas offices* Responsible for country by country and Pillar 2 reporting* Prepare transfer pricing calculation including preparing the TP documentation* Assist in the tax reporting and accounting for the UK Group* Tax reporting for the overseas subsidiaries Whilst not a prerequisite applicants with experience of working with or within a Listed business environment where they have had exposure to M&A activity is highly desirable.
