What will you be doing?* Work in close partnership with Senior Execs / Ops Directors play a key role in decision making processes underpinned by risk intelligence and financial proficiency, delivering the business plan ensuring alignment to strategy, the delivery of annual targets, developing balance scorecards and delivering analytics / insight into business cases for initiatives.* Providing insightful financial analysis, strategic guidance and actionable recommendations to the business to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.* Manage key cost lines, applying an additional level of interrogation and analysis in order to identify opportunities & risks associated with specific costs and provide recommendations to the business.* Review, analyse and understand financials, KPIs and other metrics to provide key insight into business performance and trends.* Challenge operations as a trusted partner across current thinking, historical strategies and risks / opportunities. * Develop balanced scorecards and dashboards to articulate business performance across financial, operational and customer satisfaction metrics to ensure the business fully understands promotes commercial decision making and tactical adjustments.* Provide financial expertise and input to help the business translate commercial or operational metrics into reportable & measurable financial metrics that align with KPIs and targets. * Attending key business meetings alongside Senior Stakeholders providing insight to wider senior management team.* Identify any potential finance risks or opportunities, work with key stakeholder to mitigate or maximise opportunities.* Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop annual budgets and align the financial planning with the overall business strategy.* Ongoing monitoring of financial performance against budgets and forecasts.* Collaborate with other finance teams and the BI team to develop a suite of regular reports that are adopted as universal by the business and used to understand business performance.AGY - Vitae Financial RecruitmentWe Exist To Be Different - Membership NOT Registration
