My client, a well-established independent financial advice business near Stevenage, is seeking a driven individual to join their team. Known for providing top-tier advice on Pensions, Investments, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages, and some Protections, they have built a lasting reputation and are experiencing impressive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attending client meetings with Advisers and taking detailed notes
  • Preparing comprehensive suitability reports for follow-up client meetings
  • Conducting product research and making recommendations
  • Preparing detailed cashflow analysis for client presentations
  • Liaising with product providers and investment specialists
  • Administering client files and documenting client meetings
  • Providing support for client meetings, including scheduling
  • Actively participating in annual client review meetings once up to speed

Candidate Requirements

  • Achieved or currently studying towards a Diploma in Financial Planning
  • Knowledge of pensions and drawdown contracts is desirable but not essential
