Location: Chilled Food Production Facility based in Stevenage
Shift Options: 12-Hour Shifts (Day and Night Available)

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a production line team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.
- Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Train, motivate, and support team members to meet production targets and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within food production or a similar environment desirable but not essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts.
- Day Shifts: £11.44 - £11.90 per hour
- Night Shifts: £11.92 - £12.40 per hour
