SRM Recruitment are working with a local business in Stevenage, looking to hire an Administrator to join them. The company are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their job role and being a point of contact between departments.
- Coordinate and log maintenance and new supply requests from sites across the UK
- Liasing with suppliers to coordinate new orders and delievery to site
- Process orders using internal systems and Excel
- Upload supplier invoices and check against the relevent job on the system
- General admin requests from other departments as required in the office
Skills required:
- Computer literate (able to work across multiple internal systems)
- Confident on Excel
- Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal when liaising with both internal and external teams
