Brickwork Estimator Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for brickwork projects.
- Analyse project requirements, read technical drawings, and provide comprehensive estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure all financial aspects of the project are clear.
- Monitor costs and provide budget updates during ongoing projects.
- Assist in tendering for new projects and ensure all estimates align with company objectives.
What We’re Looking For in a Brickwork Estimator:
- Proven experience in estimating within construction, ideally brickwork or scaffolding.
- Strong understanding of cost management and construction processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in estimating software Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite.
