Reporting directly to the Head of Procurement, this role is designed for a proactive leader passionate about driving efficiency and innovation in procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and lead the P2P procurement process, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Strategically optimize the P2P platform to maximize business outcomes.
  • Champion the implementation of P2P best practices, tailoring solutions to meet organizational needs.
  • Manage the onboarding of new suppliers onto the P2P system and maintain hosted e-catalogues.
  • Act as the procurement lead on P2P system upgrades and troubleshoot process issues.
  • Deliver accurate and insightful reporting on Procurement and P2P KPI metrics.
  • Provide expert P2P coaching and training across the organization to boost procurement acumen.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing procurement processes and P2P/eProcurement systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and robust data analysis capabilities.
  • A customer-centric approach with meticulous attention to detail.
