Key Responsibilities:- Administer and lead the P2P procurement process, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
- Strategically optimize the P2P platform to maximize business outcomes.
- Champion the implementation of P2P best practices, tailoring solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Manage the onboarding of new suppliers onto the P2P system and maintain hosted e-catalogues.
- Act as the procurement lead on P2P system upgrades and troubleshoot process issues.
- Deliver accurate and insightful reporting on Procurement and P2P KPI metrics.
- Provide expert P2P coaching and training across the organization to boost procurement acumen.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing procurement processes and P2P/eProcurement systems.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and robust data analysis capabilities.
- A customer-centric approach with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively multitask.
