Street Lighting Resource Administrator
To join a street lighting company on a major contract covering Hertfordshire
Update and monitor the work program, using the excel tool provided
Ensure materials and resource required are available to carry out the tasks required before programming the tasks
Provide the program information to the individual members of the team, utilising the software packages available.
Review and monitor the process for works programming to identify improvements to the process and software packages
Ensure the details of jobs completed are passed on to the administration team to update databases and financial details
Monitor the on-site checks carried out by Supervisors and check updates to the program have been carried out.
Liaise with the Principal Engineer and the design team to ensure work streams match up with resource availability and materials
Provide support to the design and supervisor team as required.
To willingly carry out any reasonable task as requested by a member of management.
Full time position PAYE with holiday pay
Days 07.30 to 16.00 Monday to Friday
