Sonic Summary

This office-based sales position requires a minimum of 2 years of telesales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
The role involves a full consultative sales approach, focusing on both new and existing customers through outbound calls and emails.
Candidates will be responsible for closing sales over the phone and proactively targeting new companies while managing day-to-day account activities.
A positive 'can-do' attitude and results-oriented mindset are essential, along with a good working knowledge of standard IT software.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Office based Monday to Friday
Offering a full consultative sales approach to both new and existing customers
Following up cold and warm leads via outbound calling and emails.
Closing sales over the phone
Using own initiative to target new companies
Pro-actively calling businesses ( B to B sale)
Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Working to achieve monthly targets and company KPI’s
Day to day account management
General Sales Admin

Requirements:

Previous telesales experience is essential, preferably in a B2B environment
Technically minded
Outbound calling/ cold calling experience
Ability to build rapport and relationships early, using a consultative selling style
Sales driven with a positive 'can-do' attitude
Results orientated
Good working knowledge of standard I.T. software such as Microsoft outlook, Word , Excel and CRM software
