Rocasa Consulting is seeking a Temporary Lettings Officer in Stevenage to manage New Build properties for Social Housing.
The position requires previous experience in Lettings and Social Housing, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
The role involves conducting viewings and sign-ups, ensuring a swift service for placement tenants.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with a pay rate of up to £19 per hour via umbrella.
The initial contract is for 3 months, with the possibility of extension, and candidates should be available immediately.

Rocasa Consulting are looking to recruit a Temporary Lettings Officer in Stevenage, letting New Build properties for Social Housing, Working Mon - Fri - 9-5pm paying up to £19ph via umbrella for 3 Months possibly longer.

You will need previous experience in Lettings and Social Housing

It will include viewings and sign ups

Providing swift service to placement tenants

Excellent Customer Service and IT Skills
