Housing Manager

Location: Hertfordshire

Salary: 35 per hour

Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a social housing organisation, based in Hertfordshire, with their recruitment of a Housing Manager.

The role will involve direct line management and providing a customer focused delivery service to residents.

What will you do in the role?

Managing 4 Housing & Tenancy Officers; providing coaching & support and handling escalated issues
Managing the housing service to a dispersed patch, including shared ownership sales, resales & staircasing
Managing allocations, lettings and ASB
