Are you available immediately for an ongoing Temporary assignment supporting an HR/ER team within a large organisation?  This is a Full-Time position offering Hybrid working.  Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm.

Job Purpose:Provide proactive, professional HR advice and support to line managers, with a focus on organisational change, redundancies, and employee relations/case work. Collaborate with HR Business Partners for strategic case management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise managers on employee relations issues (disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, harassment, bullying, Employment Tribunals, TUPE).
  • Build effective relationships within HR and with external partners.
  • Assist with change programmes (restructuring, redundancy, redeployment).
  • Provide guidance to line managers.

Relationship Management:

  • Provide HR advice to line managers.
  • Liaise with Occupational Health and trade unions.
  • Liaise and support Employees with employee relation matters

Governance and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with policies, rules, and procedures.
  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • CIPD Level 3 or higher.
  • Experience in organisational change/redundancies or at a minimum employee relations/case work.
  • Experience providing advice and support to managers on HR/ER issues such as disciplinary, grievances, redundancy, TUPE, or absence management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of current Employment Law and HR practices.
  • Ability to communicate and handle highly confidential information.
