Job Title: HR Coordinator

Location: Dacorum, Hertfordshire

Resourcing4HR are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our international client's dynamic HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate and administer a variety of HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle while ensuring a positive and engaging experience. This role offers exposure to a broad range of HR topics and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle: Manage new starters, leavers, and various employment lifecycle changes, ensuring all HR systems and documentation are updated and ready for payroll processing.

Recognition: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the recognition platform, including managing nominations and advising Managers on the framework.

Metrics & Reporting: Provide analysis and reporting for key HR KPIs, including absence tracking, turnover analysis, and quarterly reports.

Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, responding professionally and promptly to Managers and employees.

Employee Forum: Prepare agendas, presentations, and Q&A for monthly Employee Forum meetings, consulting with the Head of HR.

Onboarding & Offboarding: Conduct HR inductions for new hires and coordinate exit interviews for departing employees.

Absence Management: Oversee the absence management process, including monitoring Company Sick Pay entitlement and coordinating health surveillance programs.

HR Team Support: Assist HRBP/Head of HR/HR Team with projects like Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, Employee Relations, and more.

General Administration: Support general HR tasks such as reference requests, invoicing, and digital filing.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • CIPD qualification or working towards.
  • Previous HR or business-related experience or qualification.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work independently.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing work environment.
  • Intermediate IT skills (Excel - pivots, vlookup, data management)
