Description
- Provide guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
- Implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.
- Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Profile
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
