Service Desk Analyst

£30,000 - £35,000 plus life assurance, pension, hybrid working

My client, a leading company within the Finanical Services sector are looking to add to the team.

This is working for an established business as a Service Desk Analyst.

This role as a Service Desk Analyst will give you a chance to work with a leading organisation that offer great career progression also.

The client is looking for someone coming from a helpdesk/ service desk role, with a willingness to learn & grow.

Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and experience with ticket logging is essential.

Experience with an ITSM tool would be a bonus.

For this role a driving license and own means of transport is essential.

Experience needed in this Service Desk Analyst role:

  • Experience working with Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with ticket logging.
  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • An ITIL Certification would be a bonus.
