We are looking for a skilled Integration Lead to design, develop, and oversee the implementation of integrations between cloud and third-party systems. This role requires extensive expertise in AWS services, event-driven architecture, and automating data flows, alongside strong leadership capabilities to guide and mentor a growing team.
The Integration Lead will be responsible for creating secure, scalable, and high-performance integrations using AWS technologies such as API Gateway, AppFlow, Lambda, EventBridge, Step Functions, and SQS. Familiarity with integration platforms like Mulesoft, Boomi, and Informatica is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Integration and Configuration Specialists
- Promote a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support career growth
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable integration solutions using AWS technologies
- Create and manage RESTful APIs with AWS API Gateway and Lambda (Java)
- Develop and optimize AWS Lambda functions using Java or C#
- Implement event-driven architectures using Amazon EventBridge, SNS, and SQS
- Ensure integrations meet security, scalability, and performance standards
- Guide the integration of third-party SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Supervise the configuration and customization of integration workflows
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for the deployment of integration components
- Collaborate with architects, data analysts, business analysts, and stakeholders to define integration requirements
- Lead technical discussions on API design, data flow, and integration strategies
- Oversee the implementation of configuration updates to address business needs
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in system integration, API development, and AWS cloud services
- Proven experience in leading integration teams (including line management) and managing technical experts
- Expertise in AWS API Gateway, Lambda development, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, and AppFlow
- Hands-on experience developing AWS Lambda functions using Java or C#
- Experience deploying integrations using AWS DevOps tools (e.g., CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, CodeBuild)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth, JWT, authentication methods, and security best practices
- Proficient in Java, with experience using AWS SDKs for integration
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills for integration and deployment issues
- Experience in monitoring, logging, and debugging AWS integrations using CloudWatch and X-Ray
