Job Description: As a Team Leader, you will be crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of food production lines. You will supervise a team of production operatives, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure production targets are met. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff.
  • Ensure production schedules are met with minimal downtime.
