CMC Consulting has exclusively partnered with a healthcare provider who require a Finance Assistant to support the finance function on a mat cover basis. Based in Hertfordshire, this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within an all-rounded role, working with a tight knit group.
Duties include:
- Process and manage supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system
- Monitor and chase outstanding payments in line with company credit control procedures
- Assist with the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
- Carry out ad-hoc administrative and finance-related duties, supporting senior stakeholders as required
Due to the nature of this role, strong communication skills are essential, as you will be engaging regularly with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Prior experience with Xero accounting software is highly desirable.
