Pensions Administrator

?? Location: Stevenage (Hybrid - 2 days in office, 3 days from home)?? Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)?? Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for a Pensions Administrator to join our clients' growing team Stevenage, working within their Corporate Services team to provide high-quality administrative support to our clients' Corporate Services Consultants and clients. This role focuses on employee benefits, including Group Life Assurance (GLA), Group Private Medical Insurance (GPMI), Group Income Protection (GIP), Group Critical Illness Cover (GCIC), and Automatic Enrolment pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

?? Providing administrative support for Group Risk & Healthcare schemes, Employee Benefits, and Workplace Pensions?? Acting as a key point of contact between clients, providers, consultants, and regulatory bodies?? Uploading monthly pension contribution spreadsheets to providers and assisting with Auto-Enrolment re-enrolment?? Assisting with annual reviews, preparing post-review correspondence, and coordinating follow-up actions?? Engaging with Intelligent Office (iO) and ensuring accurate record-keeping?? Handling corporate client queries from employers, employees, insurers, and advisers?? Supporting team projects and process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

? Essential Skills & Experience:? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administration? Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel? Ability to work both independently and as part of a busy team? Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner? Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

? Desirable:? Experience using Intelligent Office (iO) (training provided)? Broad knowledge of the financial services sector and relevant FCA regulations
