AJ Chambers are excited to partner with a Top 100 Law Firm as they look to expand their Residential Property team by recruiting a Conveyancer.
The firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer or Conveyancing Lawyer with at least 2 years PQE, or a CILEX/CLC qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Offer clear and concise advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents related to residential conveyancing
• Handle transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring timely delivery and regular client updates
Essential Requirements:
• A qualified conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing
• In-depth knowledge of the residential conveyancing process and the legal issues involved
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
