Salary: Up to £55k depending on experience
Location: Stevenage (relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate)
Dynamic (Hybrid) Working: 2-3 days per week on-site based on workload

The Opportunity:
Are you an ambitious engineer with a passion for results? Do you thrive in fast-paced settings where adaptability is essential? We're seeking experienced Quality and Product Assurance professionals to join our team at both Engineer and Manager levels.
In this role, you'll support projects at every stage of the product lifecycle, ensuring key Product Assurance activities are met. Acting as the voice of the customer, you'll help us meet global client expectations, while working with a skilled, supportive team.
You'll have the opportunity to collaborate across various projects and sites, including multi-national initiatives, and work with an established Quality network to minimise product non-conformance, ensure smooth deliveries, and guarantee reliable products. You'll also play a key role in improving customer satisfaction, both locally and internationally, including in projects that involve technology transfer.
What We're Looking For:
- Ideally, an HNC/HND in Engineering or Quality Assurance, or equivalent work experience.
- A practitioner of current QA problem-solving and improvement methods (e.g., 8D, RCA, DMAIC).
- A high degree of self-motivation, autonomy, and proactive work habits, with excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to influence change and collaborate in a matrix organisation.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience running reports in Excel, using SAP QM, and working with various document management tools.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a drive to deliver results.
- Cultural awareness and the ability to work across diverse teams.
