Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasehold Property Management: Demonstrate experience in dealing with leasehold properties and breaches of leases.
  • Customer Query Resolution: Take ownership of customer queries, aiming to resolve them within their SLA by collaborating with colleagues.
  • Communication: Correspond daily with solicitors, surveyors, leaseholders and clients, including management companies and freeholders.
  • Document Management: Obtain title documents, draft and prepare necessary documents, request information from relevant parties, assist with management packs/LPE1s and ensure the accuracy of completed documents.
  • Enquiries Management: Handle inquiries related to leasehold properties.
  • Company Secretary Duties: Manage Companies House filings.
  • Legislative Knowledge: Understand and stay updated on legislation relevant to residential property management and building safety, including the Building Safety Act.
  • Specialised Experience: Experience with deeds of variations, lease extensions, enfranchisement, wayleave and access agreements, licenses to alter, party wall notices, Right to Manage processes and FTT and Court applications.
