Due to their growth, they are now looking for a Fleet Manager to join their well-established company.
The successful person will have extensive LGV technical experience, preferably in a hands-on mechanics role, and now be ready for a National Manager's role.
The role will be responsible for authorising all truck-related expenditure, covering a fleet of over 150 vehicles, while questioning and challenging the repair agents to obtain value for money on all expenditure.
Salary is £40K + Bonus & Company Car
A key challenge will be to improve both the number and quality of repair agents nationally, building relationships across the UK.
National travel will be an integral part of this job, and the successful applicant will control costs and significantly reduce vehicle down time.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this new and exciting role has become necessary as the fleet continues to grow in line with a strategic growth plan.
