Housing Association - Development Assistant

Location: Hertfordshire

Duration: 3 Months (Immediate Start)

Our client is a leading provider of affordable housing in Hertfordshire, dedicated to creating thriving communities. They are currently seeking a proactive and efficient Development Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a period of sickness

The Role:

We require an individual who can quickly integrate into the team and handle a variety of administrative tasks. The primary focus will be on:

  • Financial Administration: Raising purchase orders and processing invoices promptly and accurately.
  • General Administration:
    • Maintaining contractor insurance records.
    • Ensuring various project trackers are kept up-to-date.
    • Managing local authority returns.
    • Processing utility bills and insurance returns.
    • General administrative support as required.

About You:

  • Proven administrative experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
