Description

  • Analyse and interpret complex data sets to aid customer engagement and drive value for the business.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies based on data insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the CRM & Agency teams to optimise campaign performance and use insights to identify areas of improvements.
  • Produce clear and concise reports on marketing outcomes and data trends.
  • Identify opportunities for process and system improvements within the marketing function.
  • Contribute to the marketing team's overall goals and objectives.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant industry regulations.
  • Stay updated with latest trends and developments in data analysis within the industry.

Profile

A successful Marketing Data Analyst should have:

  • 4+ years experience in a similar data role with a B2C business.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software like PowerBI , Bloomreach or a similar tool.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies.
  • Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Sound understanding of marketing principles and practices including paid advertising, email marketing & ecommerce.
