Description
- Analyse and interpret complex data sets to aid customer engagement and drive value for the business.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies based on data insights.
- Collaborate closely with the CRM & Agency teams to optimise campaign performance and use insights to identify areas of improvements.
- Produce clear and concise reports on marketing outcomes and data trends.
- Identify opportunities for process and system improvements within the marketing function.
- Contribute to the marketing team's overall goals and objectives.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant industry regulations.
- Stay updated with latest trends and developments in data analysis within the industry.
Profile
A successful Marketing Data Analyst should have:
- 4+ years experience in a similar data role with a B2C business.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software like PowerBI , Bloomreach or a similar tool.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies.
- Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
- Sound understanding of marketing principles and practices including paid advertising, email marketing & ecommerce.
