HR Business Partner - Luxury Care Home Provider

£55,000 - £60,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading care provider. This role will play a pivotal part in driving key people initiatives, enhancing retention, and reducing reliance on agency staff while promoting organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior management and home managers to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
  • Lead on recruitment and retention strategies to ensure a high-quality workforce, reducing agency spend.
  • Provide expert advice on performance management, employee relations, and engagement.
  • Oversee workforce planning, training, and development to meet future staffing needs.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and sector-specific standards.
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally within the care sector.
  • Proven track record in reducing agency reliance and improving retention rates.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and experience with workforce planning and development.
