We are currently partnering with a not-for-profit organisation based in Hertfordshire, who are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join their team on an 18-month FTC basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary of £50,000 per annum and the client is looking to get someone started as soon as possible.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Designing and implement talent acquisition plans, in line with the people strategy, to support the organisational priorities and purpose outlined in their 2030 plan
  • Effectively managing the recruitment budget, ensuring value for money
  • Responsibility for creating and implementing new PSL framework
  • Ensuring a fair and efficient candidate journey throughout the recruitment process
  • Building relationships with the hiring managers, developing an in-depth understanding of their business areas and strategic goals, to ensure that the candidates presented are meeting and exceeding their expectations
  • Proactively sourcing candidates through Linked In and other methods, creating dialogue with prospective candidates and nurturing talent pools for both existing and future roles
  • Designing and placing inclusive adverts on relevant sites to attract a diverse range of candidates to the organisation
  • Championing the Applicant Tracking System, providing training for managers and using the system effectively to enable a smooth recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Promoting the employer brand externally and develop our employee value proposition, through the company website, LinkedIn Life page, adverts and other methods

Skills, knowledge and experience required:

  • Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition role or similar
  • Strong knowledge of Linked In, with proven experience of using the LinkedIn Recruiter licence to source hard-to-fill roles
  • Target-focused, accustomed to delivering to set targets
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
