Back to searchPayroll Acquisition Integration SpecialistWorking Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pmOffice a minimum of 2 days a week (aside from monthly payroll week which requires pay day -1, pay day and pay day +1).Paying £625.77per day via umbrella (NO LTD)Starting ASAPDuration 6 months minimum  As an Payroll Acquisition Integration Specialist, you'll get the opportunity to: Ensures integration of acquired company's payroll activities.Monitors acquired company's payroll tasks, prior to integration, and ensures that are processed within the agreed upon timetables, in an accurate manner.Resolves issues that impact the timely payment of salaries, taxes and other statutory payments, arising from the payroll process, reported by employees, other Oracle departments and external statutory agencies.Manages integration of payroll data related to acquisitions; coordinate calls with acquired company payroll employees, participate in all M&A related matters.Performs due diligence and discovery with the acquired company's payroll team on payroll policies and processes and manage plans to integrate acquired company payroll with Oracle.Retains and manages legacy payroll data of acquired companies according to relevant country and corporate policies.Manages termination of acquired company payroll vendor contracts.Ensures that acquired company has paid all payroll taxes and filed all applicable payroll tax returns.Advises payroll operations on payroll taxation matters regarding M&A transactions.Manages access and control over acquired company payroll bank accounts coordinating with Treasury.Recruitment is done in line with safe recruitment practices. 4Recruitment Services is an equal opportunities employer.To discuss this vacancy, please apply to the job with your updated CV
