Requirements to work as a Tradewind Supply Teacher:

  • QTS is essential for our teaching staff and as a supply teacher some experience plus a completed induction would be beneficial, although not essential.
  • A professional manor always and hard-working attitude. This role may not require planning or assessment, but the schools still expect excellent teaching for their students!
  • The desire to play an important role at the school you are working at.
  • A flexible attitude and an someone who is available to take a role early in the morning to start the same day.
