The focus is to completely overhaul the learning landscape, driving strategic decisions designed to create a simple, accessible, and empowering learning experience for all team members.In this dynamic position, you will have a pivotal role in:Leading the transformation of the Learning ecosystem by executing RFPs and engaging key business stakeholders throughout the process. ??Managing a complex product domain, driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution with a talented team of Product Managers.Establishing key success measures (OKRs) and assessing product performance and adoption metrics consistently.Continuously understanding customer needs and pain points while effectively prioritising product roadmaps.Building and nurturing an empowered team of Product Managers to inspire peak performance and collaboration. �?Collaborating with research, design, analytics, and engineering teams to develop impactful solutions that address real business challenges.Articulating and communicating value created to all stakeholders regularly.Contributing to a unified product team culture that emphasises shared goals and mutual support.To excel in this role, they seek candidates who possess:Expertise in product management best practises and methodologies, alongside strong technical experience.Proven line management experience, with the capability to lead and inspire a team of seasoned Product Managers.Technical competency to influence solution context and effectively engage with engineering teams.Exceptional relationship-building skills with a clear ability to forge consensus and drive valuable change across the organisation. ??Prior experience navigating complex change environments, adept at working with multiple product and engineering teams both locally and remotely to deploy global applications and features.Joining this organisation means becoming part of a collaborative and innovative team.
