We are looking for a experienced Line Leader to join our team. As a Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing production line operations, ensuring efficiency, and leading a team to achieve daily production targets. Shift Hours:
- Day Shift:07:00 - 19:00
- Night Shift:19:00 - 07:00
- Sunday to Wednesday
- Wednesday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production line team.
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Monitor workflow and make adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency.
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Report on production progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes.
