Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager on this role:
- Lead and manage groundwork projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in groundworks or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or civil engineering.
