We are working on behalf of a highly respected estate agency in Great Ashby to find a driven and experienced Associate Estate Agent to join their team.

This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial-minded, self-motivated estate agent who excels at generating their own business. As an Associate, you will have the opportunity to work within a well-established and experienced team, with access to all the resources and support needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Self-generate leads and build a strong pipeline of clients and property listings.
Collaborate with a highly experienced team to drive business growth.
Deliver exceptional service to clients, maintaining and enhancing relationships.
Work within the office schedule, with consideration for IR35 regulations.
