Property Administrator / Assistant Property Manager – Stevenage – c£28k

We’re working with a highly successful, independent and rapidly expanding property management group based in Hertfordshire who are looking to hire an enthusiastic Property Administrator as follows: 

• Working within modern offices based in Stevenage with a friendly and inclusive team. Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm
• Acting as first point of contact for incoming calls and emails (which may relate to maintenance, service charge matters etc.)
• Handling maintenance tasks including: - arranging contractors, access to properties, and providing updates.
• Maintaining records of property inspections and proactively scheduling compliance tasks. 
• Updating compliance tracking systems and information on the in-house management system (to include resident contact details)
• General office administration. 

There is scope (for those keen) to progress to Assistant Property Manager level (and beyond) with associated pay reviews and training. 

Salary will start at up to £28k with a company pension and a genuine career path supported by training.
