We have partnered with a global biotech company in Stevenage that has created a pioneering cancer therapy. Due to the success of their treatment, they are in an exciting growth phase and joining will enable you to impact their operations significantly.

This is a great opportunity for an Operational Technology Manager as you will work closely with the Head of IT to help shape their technical environment, drive the maturity of processes/procedures, and lead key projects.

There are a number of interesting projects, the expansion of their current manufacturing site, the build-out of new clean rooms and the potential building of another manufacturing location.

As the Operational Technology Manager, you'll be implementing and optimising OT solutions to enhance their laboratory and manufacturing processes. Whilst leading a talented team of engineers, collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless integration and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of OT systems to support manufacturing operations.
-Manage a team of OT engineers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of innovation.
-Partner with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop strategic OT initiatives.
