We are currently seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Assistant for an SEMH school in Kings Langley. This full-time role involves supporting students with social, emotional, mental health, and behavioural challenges, either individually or in small groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group support for students with SEMH and related behavioural needs.
  • Foster positive engagement, helping students meet their academic and personal goals.
  • Encourage a positive learning experience in a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting students' development across all areas.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people with behavioural and special educational needs.
  • A background in supporting children and young people with diverse needs in educational or care settings.
  • Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and effective learning strategies.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic attitude, with a commitment to making a meaningful impact on students' lives.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with students, staff, and families.
