SEND Teaching Support Opportunity - Stevenage - Term Time, 30 Hours per Week

We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about working with children and experienced in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This role offers 30 hours per week, during term time only, with the working hours set from Monday to Friday. The schedule is 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM for those based in a primary school setting, and 8:40 AM to 3:10 PM for those working in a nursery/preschool environment. This is a fixed-term position, available until 23rd July 2025.

Training and Professional DevelopmentThe school is committed to fostering professional growth and offers a comprehensive range of training opportunities. This includes access to CPD through online courses with the 'National College,' as well as face-to-face workshops led by key industry experts. Regular training sessions are also provided, covering areas such as STEPs behaviour management, attachment theory, First Aid, safeguarding, Prevent Duty, and online safety.

About the SchoolThis well-established educational setting provides care and education for children aged 2 to 11 and is part of a growing Multi Academy Trust in Stevenage, working alongside two other local primary schools.
