The Role:

  • As Head of Supply Planning, you will ensure products reach customers efficiently and on time, while optimising cost and inventory.
  • You will oversee the monthly production planning cycle, supply chain analytics, and material management, leveraging digitisation and advanced planning techniques to drive efficiency.
  • A critical part of this role is leading and developing the supply chain planning team, fostering collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, and setting the strategic direction for supply chain excellence.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Supply Planning in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in supply chain planning, inventory management, and S&OP processes.
  • A strategic mindset with a history of implementing process improvements and driving efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to manage high SKU ranges and optimise stock policies.
  • Experience in FMCG, particularly food manufacturing, is highly desirable.
