About the Role:Are you a seasoned improvement practitioner with a strong background in Procurement and Supply Chain? We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Business Solutions & Improvement Officer to join a dynamic team and lead transformative initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification, development, and implementation of functional improvements within Procurement and Supply Chain.
  • Project manage tools and processes to support procurement activities.
  • Develop and implement new policies and processes, providing training and communication to relevant teams.
  • Oversee improvement projects, including resilience assessment processes and data analysis.
  • Promote best practices and drive efficiency through continuous measurement and evaluation.
  • Collaborate across functions to drive procurement and supply chain excellence.
  • Create and deliver training materials to support system improvements and project management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Broad experience in Procurement and Supply Chain roles.
  • Proven track record in delivering improvements in a complex matrix organisation.
  • Strong analytic and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Ivalua is advantageous.
  • Experience with industrial bench-marking and best practice promotion.
