A leading food company in Stevenage is looking for a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with plenty of opportunities for overtime and additional training.
About the Role:
- Work on a **4 on, 4 off** shift pattern (days and nights).
- Maintain and repair a variety of food processing and packing lines.
- Ensure equipment runs efficiently, minimising downtime and supporting production needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and support the company's focus on operational excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- Electrically competent with a strong engineering background.
- Previous experience in an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods - food desirable) environment is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
