Neos Engineering are currently working with a well established organisation in the Plant Hire industry who are looking for a Sales Manager/Representative to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with experience in the Plant Hire sector or related industries such as automotive, agricultural, material handling or aggregates to work for a large business and have an incredible opportunity to create revenue for both themselves and the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities within the designated region.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to maximize revenue.
  • Provide tailored quotations and negotiate terms to close sales.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Analyze the CRM system to track sales activities and uncover new opportunities.
