Stirling based Order of Malta Dial-a-Journey Trust is Forth Valleys largest Community Transport Operator delivering over 40,000 passenger journeys a year on behalf of 3 local authorities, further education colleges, NHS Forth Valley, Health and Social Care Partnerships and a number of voluntary sector organisations.

Following a business restructure, we are looking to recruit an experienced Operations Supervisor to directly line Manage a team of Office and Driving staff and deploy a fleet of minibuses to meet the needs of our customers.

The Operations Supervisor will assist the Operations Manager and will be a key member of the Management Team.

We operate in what can be a fast paced and responsive environment that requires clear thinking and strong leadership qualities.In return, you will work in a rewarding environment, where the efforts of the team result in immediate and visible outcomes for service users.

Experience of managing staff is an essential requirement, while experience of co-ordinating staff and deploying resources to meet the demands of the service will be among the key attributes we are looking for.The ideal candidate will be a clear thinker who can show strong leadership.

While a professional qualification is welcomed as an indication of your appetite for learning, relevant experience of managing staff and deployment of resources is particularly welcomed.
