Connect Appointments have an exciting permanent opportunity for a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to join our client - a prestigious Scottish Estate near Stirling.

This is a unique and varied full-time role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys getting involved in a range of projects across business and estate operations.

Working as a Personal Assistant, you'll work closely with the Chairman, providing high-level administrative support and playing a key role in the day-to-day running of the Farm and Estate. Your duties will include:

  • Managing administrative tasks and supporting senior leadership
  • Researching and assisting with marketing activities - including the potential to attend exhibitions and events
  • Coordinating a variety of projects across the estate
  • Overseeing domestic staff where necessary
  • Maintaining records, assisting with compliance, and reporting on estate operations
  • Supporting with correspondence, diary management, and general office duties

To be successful in this Personal Assistant role, you'll need:

  • Strong computer literacy and confidence working across various software and platforms
  • A flair for research and an interest in marketing
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Previous experience in a PA or senior admin role is highly desirable
  • A professional, discreet, and trustworthy approach
