As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing skilled clinical and technical assistance as a member of the Pharmacy team. Accepting applications fromGPhC (UK) Registered Pharmacistswith experience in a hospital setting.
During your first few weeks in this Clinical Pharmacist role, you can expect to:
- Provide a comprehensive and effective patient centred clinical pharmacy service to designated wards. You will have the opportunity to work in various clinical disciplines including renal, urology, orthopaedic & spinal surgery, colorectal surgery, gastroenterology, plastics and reconstructive surgery.
- Lead on and develop elements of the clinical pharmacy service to improve the patient experience.
- Contribute proactively to ensure optimal medicines usage by patients and healthcare professionals.
