- Assist with the delivery of executive search and market research assignments.
- Be at the front-face of the company, delivering a personable and highly professional service to candidates and clients.
- Conduct initial research into target organisations and industry sectors, maintaining and making use of databases and other online tools.
- Attend briefing calls and meetings alongside other members of the executive search team and lead consultants.
- Competency of using the Microsoft suite, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- Excellent customer service and people skills.
- Aptitude to fully understand a client’s brief and instruction.
