Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of daily lessons.
- Support individual students and small groups to help them understand the material and complete assignments.
- Monitor and record studentsā progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment for students.
- Participate in school meetings and events.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 qualification is essential.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A compassionate and patient approach to dealing with students.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
