Freelance Quantity Surveyor required to join carpentry subcontractor covering projects in the south west region. The Quantity Surveyor will ideally come from from a carpentry subcontractor background with atleast a proven track record in delivering projects up to £1M / £10M. Quantity Surveyor with decent construction background will be considered for the role. The Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside contracts managers and site managers to take sole commercial responsibility for projects. Responsible for review and improvement where required of company wide commercial processes and procedures.
