Role Responsibilities

• Developing detailed audit plans by identifying risks, assessing controls, and understanding client objectives
• Managing the execution of audit plans, delegating tasks, and acting as a point of escalation for technical issues
• Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth
• Drawing conclusions, preparing reports, and offering recommendations for system and control improvements
• Reviewing deliverables, including accounts, tax computations, and board reports, for accuracy and compliance
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing responsive and high-quality service

Candidate Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified with experience in audit within a practice environment
• Strong understanding of UK auditing standards and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple assignments
• Commitment to maintaining high professional standards and continuous development
