Job Title: Insolvency Administrator

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Insolvency Administrator to join a fast-growing, dynamic insolvency practice based in South Manchester. The firm specializes in delivering innovative solutions to businesses facing financial challenges. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, and Pre-packs, from inception to closure.
  • Prepare statutory reports and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Handle creditor communications, claims management, and correspondence with stakeholders.
  • Conduct investigations into company transactions and director conduct where necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of Statement of Affairs and other case-related reports.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including solicitors, accountants, and potential buyers.
  • Maintain accurate case files and records using insolvency software.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an insolvency role.
  • Strong understanding of insolvency procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in insolvency software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • CPI qualification or willingness to work towards it is an advantage.
